Challenging Myself to Modern Quilting

Modern quilting is the craze these days. I thought that I would take a break from traditional quilting and allow my creative juices to explore.

I am transforming a Layer Cake made up of a variety of shades of green that are 10” squares and pairing them with Kaffe Fassett flowers which I have in yardage.

I have completed two squares and have 38 more to go! I am sure that I will add Sashiko stitches to each finished square.
