Disappearing Hour Glass Quilt Block

Spending a Saturday evening trying out a new quilt block pattern using 10”X10” Kaffe Fassett Layer Cake fabric. The pattern starts out with a simple hour glass block, cut into a nine patch block and then sewn into a star block.

It should make an interesting quilt!
