Hand Sashiko Textile

This is a small Sashiko fabric textile that I created by hand. I plan on making about six more Sashiko textiles to be added to my Gee’s Bend inspired quilt.

My sister, Connie and I will attend the Annual Gee’s Bend Retreat on November 12-16 in Jackson, Mississippi.

I gifted this particular piece to my friend Twonda to be added to one of her quilts or framed. 💜
