After a two month bout with Bronchitis, I am back on track with attending workout sessions with Personal Trainer, Christian at The Perfect Workout. The program specializes in a unique slow-motion method of strength training. Certified Personal Trainers provide 1-on-1 personal training in a semi-private studio and helps clients achieve substantial fitness benefits from just two 20-minute coaching sessions per week.

With two sessions done this week, every muscle in my body is sore! A relaxing soak in a hot bath filled with Epsom salt will help tremendously.
