My Quilt Journey with Making Lauren’s Quilt To Take To College
What a journey! It was stressful enough with learning the ins and outs of operating my Gammill Statler Ascend Long Arm Machine, but making Lauren’s quilt to take to college was extra added stress. I wanted it to be perfect as I was gifting this quilt to a very special person, my beautiful, smart and talented niece, Lauren! I am pleased to say that she loved it and I was satisfied with the final outcome! Check out my journey from start to finish. ❤️
Constance’s Tea Cup Quilt
What beautiful fabric used to create this Gee’s Bend inspired quilt! The name of the quilt pattern is “Rhapsody Tea Cups”, an edge to edge design by Creative Stitches. The Long Arm quilting is by yours truly! Connie and I are a great team as we navigate through learning to quilt on my Gammill Statler Ascend Long Arm Machine. This quilt will be warm and cozy when used while relaxing, reading a good book, or listening to music, and of course, sipping on a warm cup of tea.
